Ojo: tu reporte no trae costo, así que voy a estimarlo parejo con ese porcentaje. Sirve para ver el acomodo general, pero el resultado real sale cuando cuestes platillo por platillo con la hoja de Costeo. Heads up: your report has no cost column, so I'll estimate it evenly with that percentage. Good enough to see the overall shape, but the real answer comes from costing dish by dish with the Costing sheet.
